We almost didn’t shoot this wedding. With a September already jammed at the seams, it took all of Andy’s charm to persuade me that shooting four weddings in one week in two countries was perfectly manageable – and I’m so glad he did! He married Holly at the beautiful Lord Crewe Arms, in Blanchland. It was a wonderfully warm day where everyone came together to celebrate the love of one very special couple. Their love for each other, and from all of their guests, was palpable. Thank you for asking (insisting!) us to be part of it. The memories of chasing the sun at the end of the day, to be rewarded with that beautiful sky will stay with me (but let’s forget the bit where Kelly ripped her trousers…)

“It’s impossible,” said pride.
“It’s risky,” said experience.
“It’s pointless,” said reason.
“Give it a try,” whispered the heart.”
